We have more than 1,300 members, with 63 units for girls and young women and two Trefoil Guilds.  For more information on all the opportunities available for girls and young women in the county, please take a look at the various pages of this site.  Should you require any further information on any of our activities please visit the enquiries page to get in touch.

Our county may be one of the smallest geographically but we make up for it in energy, activities and a fun-filled programme of events.

We’re really excited to be the first Girlguiding Scotland county to appoint a Science Adviser, who inspires our young members and helps them complete science challenges and badges.

We are also a registered Duke of Edinburgh centre offering all levels of Duke of Edinburgh awards to our girls.

To see what we’ve been doing throughout the County over the past year have a look at our latest Annual Report.

Our vision
An equal world where all girls can make a positive difference, be happy, safe and fulfil their potential.

Our mission
Through fun, friendship, challenge and adventure we empower girls to find their voice, inspiring them to discover the best in themselves and to make a positive difference in their community.

Our values
We are caring, challenging, empowering, fun, inclusive and inspiring.

We're looking for volunteers who can help make our 60+ Rainbow, Brownie, Guide and Ranger units happen each week, assist current leaders with key administrative tasks, and support our communications and social media.
